Memphis Courthouse Elopement w/ Jerry Sno Cones Reception | Memphis Wedding Photographer

Randi and Sebastian, two of the most energetic, and hilarious people I've ever met, celebrate their one year anniversary today! Planning a wedding in the height of COVID-19 wasn't quite in their original plan for the big day and they pulled it off in a move of style and casual comfort. All day they were giving off 50s retro rocker vibes.

An intimate ceremony created for two, Randi and Sebastian were married in March 2021, in the Memphis CourtHouse, on the edge of Downtown. After toasting to their new chapter together off of Court Ave, this stylish pair moved their celebration to their favorite celebratory spot, Jerry’s Sno Cones.

Jerry’s Sno Cones is a family owned street-side standing diner, a living legend amongst locals made a perfect spot to host to these beautiful newlyweds! They chose this location for their reception for a few reasons: it's a Memphis classic, has their favorite food, and it's their go to spot for celebrating all things big and small. Plus, it definitely helped that they have a Wedding Cake flavored Sno Cone.

Within Memphis city limits and open year-round and late into the evening, this public space hosts many social Memphians searching for cost-efficient tasty treats in a colorful, bold, and bright atmosphere to keep spirits high. Cast against the pastel paint of the building, and funky vintage feeling of the building, Randi and Sebastian were able to dance together and dip into a future of blissful memories and sweet memories.

When planning an elopement in Memphis, or really, anywhere, do something you love! Do you two love hiking? Have that as an activity. Love sunny days in the park? How about a gorgeous picnic. Treat yourself AND do the things you love together.
